I stopped in to see if I could make an appointment to bring my vehicle in within the next couple of days. When I spoke with the service adviser, he said that if it was okay with us, he would take care of the issue immediately. Never had that happen before. Within a half hour we were on our way. Not once did we feel John was pushy or unfair. The Grand Cherokee with the color and features we wanted was at a different dealership so John transferred it in for us. By the time we came into Riverfront the next time, the vehicle and all the paperwork were ready to go making it a quick and easy process to finish the transaction.
