Making a bad situation worse 2 months ago my Durango wouldn't start so I had to get it towed to riverfront. They were extremely helpful, but I had to go to Iowa for University the next day. Within a week I got a estimate and diagnosis. All was looking good, until how many rediagnosis I got. It went from 1k to 7k. Luckily, insurance covered most of it. The worst part is, I've had my car in the shop for 2 months with barely any updates. It's always something delayed. They don't care to expedite the process whether through rental or actual parts ordering. My experience with RiverFront has been a long but disappointing one. More

I also contact FCA customer service (representative Cheryl) she didn't want to deal with my issue at all and told me if i have an issue with the dealer, contact the dealer. When is amazon going to sell vehicle? I could use a Prime Truck. More

I walked into this dealership by accident. I meant to go into Gerald Hyundai because I did not realize that it had a different entrance. As soon as I was walking up to the door Jim Sanders smi I meant to go into Gerald Hyundai because I did not realize that it had a different entrance. As soon as I was walking up to the door Jim Sanders smiled and asked if he could help me. I said I am looking for a Hyundai with AWD, that's when he informed me that this entrance is for Jeep/Chrysler. I was going to walk out and he asked if I would consider purchasing a Jeep with AWD, I said I don't think I can afford it. He asked me how much I was looking to spend and showed me two Jeep options. He knew what I wanted to spend and kept me completely within my price range. I was so thankful and I was finished with my purchase and out the door in less than 3 hours.
