The work was done quickly, and the hood (replaced and painted) looked beautiful, can’t tell that it was replaced. Enjoyed the Ride I set out this month to by a new truck. I test drove Ford, Chevy and GMC prior to heading to River Front. I set up a visit on line. Told them I didn' I set out this month to by a new truck. I test drove Ford, Chevy and GMC prior to heading to River Front. I set up a visit on line. Told them I didn't want to go inside and wanted to meet someone outside to exchange keys. We called as we pulled into the lot and Faith and Trisha, masks on, met us at our car. Faith took my keys to get an appraisal and Trisha had the keys and license plate ready for the test drive. No waiting around at all. So nice. After test driving a Rebel Ram 1500, and Trisha listening to what we were looking for, we test drove a Limited Ram that we ended up buying. Trisha Drummond knows her Ram trucks inside and out. After receiving their offer on the truck and our trade-in (close to 9:00 PM), we went home to think about it. Trisha let us know that she had the next day off and that Rob Goldman would take care of us if we called back. Long story short, Rob, Vinnie (Finance) and I worked out the deal over the phone and Rob drove the paperwork and truck to our house that afternoon which is about 25 minutes from the dealership. He showed up in a mask and paid attention to social distance in our house. Appreciate the extra effort during the Covid time. Rob did a great job in going through all the details on the truck and was just a pleasure to work with. He really listened. We love the truck and its head and shoulders ahead of any of the competition we drove. The real win, however, was working with good people. You cannot go wrong with Rob, Trisha, Vinnie and Faith. This afternoon I got a call from Dave Semp to follow-up on my experience and how they could do better. Definitely a 5 star. More

Good work but it took much longer than promised I was promised that the work I had scheduled would only last one hour. When I got there they recommended that I have three recall issues taken care of I was promised that the work I had scheduled would only last one hour. When I got there they recommended that I have three recall issues taken care of. The employee could not get the work entered into the computer system. One of the bosses was able to enter in to the system but stated that they will not do one update I asked why and he said because the vehicle was no longer under warranty I explained that the vehicle had a lifetime warranty Which they new because I had work done at this location before and they had the lifetime warranty on their records. I will contact Dodge and find out why loyal Dodge customer who had paid over $3,000.00 for live time warranty service was denied that service because the dealership did want to do it. I was told two hours for my vehicle to be done. At three and half hours my vehicle was done. I tried to talk to the service person about the time being off and there was no conversation to be had I will be buying my fifth Durango soon but not from here More
