I was very happy with the addon's installed by the service dept. I really appreciated that they allowed me to bring my truck in earlier than the agreed upon appt time because of the upcoming snowstorm service dept. The ladies in the service dept were so nice and made me feel at ease. My new truck is amazing! Lastly, I want to say few words about my salesman, Randy Celaya. Whether he knew it or not. This was one of biggest purchases I would make ever! (Other than a mortgage) He put me a ease and listened. It's a great quality to have as opposed to the stereotypical auto salesman. I never liked the whole car buying thing. You always come out of it wondering if you got the lowest price. Honestly I don't know if I did. I knew what I was willing to pay given my studying of what I wanted. This is a business after all. As long as both party have a win/win I'm good with that. I got a great truck because Randy listened and the rest will work itself out For that I am grateful. More

Rob wasted our time dragging us out in the cold looking for a 2021 Jeep lattitude lux edition, we wanted instead of finding it himself while we wait inside. Not only was the car no where to be found, he then drove us 15 min to the remote lot. After getting to the remote lot he then searched for the car for another 15 min only to be disappointed that the car still was no where to be found. After all of this we finally found the car, which was back at the dealership to begin with. We got back to the dealer and waited another 25 min before seeing the car. Robs Manager expIained it came off the truck and we would have to test drive it with almost none of the features because the factory settings were still on. We decided to still go through with at-least talking numbers and see if maybe they would make up for some mistakes and lost time. They explained that they could not bargain at all, they offered us one price and said we could not find that deal anywhere else because “were the biggest dealer around and you won’t beat our employee pricing”... could go on about how unorganized our time was at this dealership, but I’ll keep it short.... GO TO TYSON IN SHOREWOOD! I walked in, showed them the offer and happens at River front and they immediately beat the price on a upgraded model of Jeep. Don’t waste your TIME or money at River Front. Go see Johnny Mac at Tyson in Shorewood. More
Riverfront's Service Department has always treated me with respect and always done a great job!! I always get my maintenance done here for my Caravan & they're fair and don't ever try to sell me anything with respect and always done a great job!!
