Oil change and scheduled maintenance check Was scheduled to see a Bob Scaggs but he was reassigned to another location. The person that stepped up to replace him was on point. She quickly processed my work order without missing a beat. She was very polite and knowledgeable as to what work was to be performed and addressing a concern I had. I noticed that the display for the dash and console would dim when there was no noticeable change in the outside conditions. She explained everything that was done and notified me of anything that needed to be looked at that the technicians found and suggested. I was very satisfied with the work and her performance and professionalism. I later found out that she was the same Service person that helped my wife when she dropped our car off close to closing. Not that any of the other service personnel that I have dealt with in the pass were subpar, but she really impressed me. More

Accommodating for a day-of oil change I called and was able to get a day-of appointment for my oil change and tire rotation. They are usually quite busy, so I was hopeful. Normally good experience, this time was HORRIBLE! I've owned a 2012 GMC Sierra since 10/2012, brand new, and normally use this dealership for service/maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, etc.). W I've owned a 2012 GMC Sierra since 10/2012, brand new, and normally use this dealership for service/maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, etc.). When dashboard indicator lights/warnings came to my attention, I dropped off my vehicle without an appointment seeking a diagnosis and solution. Next day: I called 3 different times requesting a status. A receptionist answered my calls, but could NOT get a service representative on the phone. Each of these 3 different phone calls ended with the receptionist stating: "We'll have a service representative call you back shortly." However, this NEVER happened. I missed a day of work because their service department couldn't pick up the phone and call me. So, next day (2 days after I dropped my vehicle off), I call again. Same story: we'll have a service rep call you back. FINALLY - around 2:20 pm on the 2nd day they had my vehicle, they called and said: "All is OK, problem was your vehicle was in 4WD-Low." My response: No - that's not the problem - indicator lights were on for 2 weeks, I've driven 750 miles on the highway doing north of 75 mph, it's NOT 4WD-Low setting." Response: Ok, we'll check it out again. 2 hours later: Your vehicle is fine, we did "x". Me: Ok. 5 mins. after picking up my vehicle, the indicator lights came on again, and I circled back to the dealership pissed off because I had paid them $$, they said it was good to go, yet everything the said, everything they supposedly 'did', etc. was a bunch of BS. 10 minutes later after arriving back at the service department and doing what I assume is/was another 'diagnostic', I was told, "Oh, sensor in Right Rear tire for speedometor" has malfunctioned, we'll need to replace. I'm like: "Holy smokes - you gotta be kidding me. You've had my vehicle for 2 days, you've pulled some BS out of your hat that I knew was BS when you told me over the phone, but when I leave and the problem persists, miraculously in 10 minutes you've identified the problem." I'd give them 1 Star (or zero stars) if this was my only encounter with this company, but I gave it 2 stars because normally I've had good experience with them. They did charge me for the initial service which resulted in nothing --- I'm still wondering why I paid them this fee when they did NOTHING to address the problem(s) I originally dropped the vehicle off for. Next, they charged me for the part that was the original problem ... while no big deal, I did lose 2 days of work due to their incompetence of diagnosing the original problem. Finally - I can not forgive their inability or lack of care to pick up the phone and call me back after multiple instances where they said they would. Call me up and tell me the truth, don't lie to me, don't tell me stories ... just do the job I agreed to pay you to do. However, they didn't. I will NOT be back for service to this dealership. Nor will I be back there to buy my next vehicle, I will go somewhere else who values customer relationships and knows how to handle problems that they created. More
