Routine maintenance Came in for routine maintenance. While rotating the tires, they found nails in two tires. Rivard takes on GM I have a 2014 Buick Verano. The first two years of driving and service from Rivard was outstanding. However, coming up near the end of the warranty I have a 2014 Buick Verano. The first two years of driving and service from Rivard was outstanding. However, coming up near the end of the warranty a defect in the paint job was found. The Rivard team worked with me and GM to correct that defect while still under warranty. They did another outstanding job on fixing the problem and dealing with GM to ensure no cost ($1900) to me. I love my Verano and when I get a new car, it will come from Rivard. More
