Truck is poorly designed. I have no issue with Rivard, it is my truck that gives erroneous service readings and shifts like a tank. The waiting area was tidy, comfortable, had a recharge station available to use for free for phones, etc, had stocked vending machines and clean restrooms. My car was returned to me in a timely manner, again with Dan's helpful, caring attitude. My observations were that this is a well-maintained facility with top notch people running the whole sha-bang.
