Dissatusied Customer, No follow through Regular scheduled maintenance, made service advisor aware of my hood peeling and my running boards peeling since Movember 2018, I have been there for Regular scheduled maintenance, made service advisor aware of my hood peeling and my running boards peeling since Movember 2018, I have been there for regular service 3 times since then and all 3 times the service advisor said he would email the DM as of today 7 months later I am very dissatisfied with the service of Rivard and would not buy another vehicle from them nor would I never recommend them, there had never been any achknowledgement about this issue. I have never noticed this defect in any other GMC truck the either same running board or the same color More
