Took 1 hour 50 minutes for oil change. Didn’t correct any of the needs shown in the 71 point inspection. I’m sure glad I took the trouble to make an appointment 1 week in advance. More

It is 26 October 2021 and I just picked up my truck and it still isn't working properly. I was told that GM opened a trouble ticket and it was fixed. When I got my paperwork it said they couldn't duplicate the problem. Well what about GM opening a trouble ticket? I put in the same location I told the Service Manager to put it STILL didn't work. I have a vide of the problem. I would look forward for someone at the dealership to give me a call. I would like to be able to put the video and the service ticket in this post.
