Great Service on a Last Minute Call After waiting for my jobs parking services to come and give me a jump, I raced down I-75 in 5 o'clock traffic to make it to the dealership before they After waiting for my jobs parking services to come and give me a jump, I raced down I-75 in 5 o'clock traffic to make it to the dealership before they closed. I had called and advised them that my battery was dead and I desperately needed a replacement, as I would need another jump if I turned the car off. I arrived and Bob took my car to the back to work on getting the battery replaced. Dan was working on inputting the info in the computer. While doing that he also checked to see if the replacement battery was under warranty, and thank God it was. This saved me $200 plus that I wasn't prepared to spend, so I'm so thankful and appreciative for him checking. I signed the paperwork and headed to the comfy waiting area until they were finished. I was in and out before the close of business being that I arrived a little after 5:30 pm. Everyone here is always friendly, ready to be of service, and always take great care of me and KnightRyder!
