Best pricing in town. I’m a die hard GMC lover so the vehicles sell themself for me. So, I came in knowing exactly what I wanted. Pricing was great and not misleading. Financing from GMC wasn’t the best, So I used my personal credit union for financing. My salesman Tom, came back from their financing telling me I couldn’t buy what I was there for and tried to get me to look at something used. Kinda of quick to shut down the sale. I knew I could very easily get financed for what I was purchasing and took my business to my personal credit union. Tom was helpful after the sale was completed and helped me setup some of the amenities in my Yukon. More

Water Intrusion Visited Service Department regarding my Sierra 1500 to find the point where water is coming into the cabin. Long wait and improper tire inflation Oil and filter and rotate and balance. Waited almost 2 hours, Upon leaving the lot, I noticed the tires were almost flat. I checked the pressure and Oil and filter and rotate and balance. Waited almost 2 hours, Upon leaving the lot, I noticed the tires were almost flat. I checked the pressure and noticed they were set to 30 PSI. I complained to the service advisor who told me the techs go by the door panel. That is ridiculous. If I had a donut on would the tech set it to 30 psi per the door panel? My tires are LT 10 ply tires and had the recommended 50 PSI in them when I arrived. So the tech let 20 lbs of air out of each tire. I waited almost another 30 minutes to have the proper inflation set. This is incompetence, and failure to acknowledge responsibility for making a mistake with safety implications. More
