She quickly processed my work order without missing a beat. She was very polite and knowledgeable as to what work was to be performed and addressing a concern I had. I noticed that the display for the dash and console would dim when there was no noticeable change in the outside conditions. She explained everything that was done and notified me of anything that needed to be looked at that the technicians found and suggested. I was very satisfied with the work and her performance and professionalism. I later found out that she was the same Service person that helped my wife when she dropped our car off close to closing. Not that any of the other service personnel that I have dealt with in the pass were subpar, but she really impressed me. More
