They provided detailed numbers prior to my arrival at the dealership and on my arrival the numbers were the same! Let me rephrase that, the numbers were the same! So may times dealerships will pull a bate and switch, but not here. This was one of the best lease rate residuals and money factors that I have seen while shopping for my 2025 GMC Hummer EV Pickup. Flawless execution, I will refer others immediately to Rivard! Also, once I arrived I was immediately greeted and offered a cup of coffee. Everything else could have fallen apart, and I still would have purchased from you. The simple customer service steps are missed by many dealerships. KUDOS RIVARD and STANLEY! I will be back. More
