RRJ has had my vehicle for one month. In that time, we have had to make contact dozens upon dozens of times to find out what’s going on. We’ve been in a rental for a month. No help In that time, we have had to make contact dozens upon dozens of times to find out what’s going on. We’ve been in a rental for a month. No help with a loaner and as far as we know, nothing has been done to our auto. This is a warranty repair that was fixed 9 months ago by RRJ and we are having the same exact problem again. Most recently, we were promised a phone call on Thursday and after 2 messages and 3 calls from us on Friday, no one has reached out to us. More

They kept my car for a week without one phone call, and then after not being able to diagnose the problem, they were rude, uncooperative, could really care less, and demonstrated the most unprofessional conduct I have seen in years from a dealership. I will now have to take my vehicle to Memphis for service as I have a friend who takes her Land Rover to Memphis for the same reason. Do not take your vehicle to this service department and expect highly trained professionals. More
Sent my car in to get worked on and the parts manager told me the part for my car was ordered and It will take 2 weeks to get it in. so I called him again 3 weeks later and asked if the car was ready an told me the part for my car was ordered and It will take 2 weeks to get it in. so I called him again 3 weeks later and asked if the car was ready and he didn’t even know when the part was gonna be in. They have had my car over for over 2 months. More
