RRJ has had my vehicle for one month. In that time, we have had to make contact dozens upon dozens of times to find out what’s going on. We’ve been in a rental for a month. No help with a loaner and as far as we know, nothing has been done to our auto. This is a warranty repair that was fixed 9 months ago by RRJ and we are having the same exact problem again. Most recently, we were promised a phone call on Thursday and after 2 messages and 3 calls from us on Friday, no one has reached out to us. More

They kept my car for a week without one phone call, and then after not being able to diagnose the problem, they were rude, uncooperative, could really care less, and demonstrated the most unprofessional conduct I have seen in years from a dealership. I will now have to take my vehicle to Memphis for service as I have a friend who takes her Land Rover to Memphis for the same reason. Do not take your vehicle to this service department and expect highly trained professionals. More

I settled for a car on the lot since they weren't able to locate and ship a car for a fair price. As part of the trade in I requested to keep my aftermarket wheels on the Audi. The wheels were rolled out to me on a cart, stacked up, not in the boxes I provided. On closer inspection they had gouged the polished lip on every wheel, which were only a year old and in perfect condition when I dropped the car off. After a month of back and forth they did "fix" the wheels, but the lips are now painted and not the original polish. The sales management doesn't want to speak to a customer directly and the service center is just plain unprofessional and negligent. I don't know the situation but the sales guy who sold me my car is no longer there (he was the only helpful on there). Maybe you would have a better experience if you drop 100K on a high end car from them, but I wouldn't risk it. More
