Worst experience I have had with Tim Parker dealership I have always had a great experience at Tim Parker’s dealership. However, three weeks ago, I drove 40 minutes to get my oil changed. I dropped my truc I have always had a great experience at Tim Parker’s dealership. However, three weeks ago, I drove 40 minutes to get my oil changed. I dropped my truck off and walked around the lot looking at trucks like I always do, and I talked with the salesmen. I did this for over an hour and came back to check on my truck. To my surprise, my Ram had not been touched, and all the service people had already left. I was told “Sorry we can do it tomorrow.” I have a very tight schedule and told them that they should have let me know when I dropped it off that they were not going to be able to get to it. However, I drove home and decided to come back another day. Last Friday (July 31st, 2015) I came back and dropped my truck off again and walked the lot and talked to some of the sales guys. About an hour and half later, I went to check on my truck. However, they had just started working on my truck. I was also informed that a service guy had back my truck into another vehicle. As a result, my taillight was busted, and my bumper was scratched. I was told that they had ordered a tail light for it and that it would be in the next day (Saturday, August 1st). On my way home, I could hear a noise, and I looked in my passenger side mirror. My taillight lens had fallen out and was scratching the paint around it. I had to pull over and remove the lens to keep from scratching it more. I waited around the house on Saturday on a call from Tim Parker and never got a call. I waited until Monday afternoon to ask about the situation and was told they don’t get a shipment in on Monday, and it would be Tuesday before it would be in. It is now 5 o’clock Wednesday and no call. I am very particular with my truck as it still looks new, and it is a 2009 model. I am disappointed in Tim Parker’s hospitality. I have made two trips to their dealership and have left each time disappointed. I will make a third trip once they finally call to tell me my taillight is in. I still plan to use this dealership in the future as I have always had a great experience, but I just want the situation resolved. More

I contacted every Dealership in the Hot Springs area, as well as many in Little Rock, AR. Each salesman worked to put me in a truck very hard. Each dealership jacked me around on interest rates, money down, and vehicle choices. David looked at my financial options and made me an offer. The difference was that Davids offer never changed negatively when I got into the dealership. In fact he got me a better interest rate than I was hoping to get in a better truck. Save yourselves the time and hassle of other dealerships. Head to Tim Parker for no B.S. and an excellent buying experience. More

Separate Appointment for Check Engine Light? On Friday July 24th I made an appointment for Thursday July 30th to have the 32,000 mile service on my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee performed. On Saturday On Friday July 24th I made an appointment for Thursday July 30th to have the 32,000 mile service on my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee performed. On Saturday July 26th my check engine light came on. I thought, no problem, I will just have Tim Parker take care of this while I am in for the 32,000 mile service. WRONG! Diagnosis of the check engine light requires a separate appointment so I had to reschedule for August 10th so that I wouldn't have to spend two separate days in their waiting room. More
