The only negative is that the second new vehicle was not written as an even swap which means I will have to pay more sales tax but I am sure the dealer will cover this when I present the information to them. Apparently the dealer could not get answers from chrysler and it did take longer than I wanted to get the replacement vehicle. However, Steve replaced the lemon anyway. More

He says we have to make a living, but I want you to know we have done all we can to get you happy with the deal. He always looks for any discounts, rebates, of bonus credits for me. Twice I have traded in two vehicles for one and I have always been happy with the results. Their finance agent does all he can to get me a great rate with long terms because that works well for me. Their sales manager always works with Ron so that they keep me happy. I have bought Rams, Jeeps, and Chargers from them. The last purchase is a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon and I love it. More

My Surprise Gift David King was superb in explaining the features of the car. He was so nice and respectful and took time with me answering all my questions. He sat in the car with me and explained all the buttons to me to operate the car, not once, but several times and didn't get frustrated with me with my repeated questions. He also gave me the assurance that if I had any more questions or concerns to not hesitate to call him or stop by the dealership any time. This was my first time ever to buy a car from a dealership and it was fantastic! EVERYONE in the office greeted me when I arrived and treated me like a queen (a 73-year old queen - ha-ha). The office and lot were lit up so bright and the XM Radio I heard overhead was great! (I'm considering signing up for the XM and I will contact David when I make up my mind. They even treated us with snacks and Tim Parker bottles of water (I didn't know they also bottled their own water (smile).
