He then proceeded to give us a tour of the vehicle and show us all the great features of the Jeep and was very thorough with explaining all the details and features of the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable of the Jeep and really helped us understand everything. Mr. Stone was very kind and answered all the questions we had. He worked everything out with us and I am very sure Mr. Stone is the reason we decided on and purchased the Jeep. I went to Tim Parker to intitially test drive the Dodge Challenger. I was greeted by the "greeter" and by Carrie Piceynski. She was extremely knowledgable on all aspects of the vehicles my husband and I were interested in test driving and some older models my husband loves to talk about too. Further, she was a good ride along and at no time did I feel pressured or nervous. Carrie listened to our concerns reference our trade in and was able to voice those concerns and come back with terms we felt more comfortable with. I left that day with a 2013 Dodge Challenger and yes smiling! Thank you Carrie for being a great employee. I was impressed with Ryan Gifford and the professionalism he handled the finiancial aspect of my purchase at Tim Parker, he too knows his business! Thanks Ryan you do a great job! Both these employees should be acknowledged and held on to, it may take 3 to 5 people to replace them. I would and have recommended Tim Parker as a good place to find a new and or used vehicle.
