He came out and gave me all the info on the new 4 door wrangler. I was impressed with his knowledge and said I was just looking and took his card and went on my way. So a week later upon traveling back home about closing time at the Tim Parker dealership I pulled in and Evan was outside and came up with a handshake and said " you must have one on your mind and I said I was just looking again, back from a busy business trip passing by and he simply said I'm going to get the keys take it for a spin and just see if you really like it.....I said its late and your about to close, he said I got all day.....I run 6 resturants in ar,tax, and I would like to have employees like this that have the drive to make the sale without worrying about closing time, his boss was great and introduced himself and said thanks for the business, buy the way I really had in my mind that if I walked in there and they could sell me the jeep I would buy it...Thanks for standing out and making yourself "the obvious choice in hot springs for my business ! I spent Friday and Saturday looking for a new vehicle. I was looking at a 2014 Dodge Durango at both Tim Parker and Red River Dodge. Scott went above and beyond to help me find the vehicle I LOVE at the price I can afford. He had a durango brought down on Saturday for me to look at and it is the one I ended up purchasing. I wanted the SXT with leather but without all the other "bells and whistles" so I tomorrow he is sending my new SUV to have leather installed. Again, I am so pleased with the experience I had at Tim Parker and will recommend this dealership to everyone! Make it easy on yourself.. Start at Tim Parker I just bought a brand new 2014 Dodge Ram Truck. I had previously driven a Chevrolet. When I decided it was time to upgrade, I called the salesman at t I just bought a brand new 2014 Dodge Ram Truck. I had previously driven a Chevrolet. When I decided it was time to upgrade, I called the salesman at the local Chevrolet Dealership who had sold me my last vehicle. He told me he was very busy and to call him tomorrow. I hung up in disbelief and astonishment. Are people really too busy to take money? Still in the mood to buy a new truck and feeling a little miffed about having been blown off by the Chevrolet Dealership, I went down to Tim Parker Dodge. I was promptly greeted by a very friendly gentleman named Ray Clark. I told him what we were looking for and he ran inside and grabbed some keys for a test drive. Within five minutes we were winding peacefully along a country road in a new truck that was an obvious upgrade from my current truck. The steering was as tight as a sports car and yet I could drive easily with one hand. The smoothness of the ride surprised me as well. The truck also had better acceleration and it was clocking better gas mileage. Ray explained the recent technological changes that had been made to the Dodge Ram line. I wanted the truck. When we got back to dealership it was late and Ray said he would work on the deal and call me in the morning. I left to run an errand for one of my employees. Twenty minutes later my phone rang and it was Ray. He had my deal approved. My wife and I went back to the dealership and Ray let us sit as his desk while he collected everything. Within ten minutes we were signing and then we were outside in the new truck waving good bye. I would HIGHLY recommend Ray Clark and Tim Parker Dodge to anyone who wants superior service, superior vehicles, no hassle, no waiting around, and yes friendly, competent service.
