Perfection.......No hassle.......Straight forward.. My experience started by requesting an online trade in value estimate on my car, once i clicked submit, within 5 minutes David Slate was calling to as My experience started by requesting an online trade in value estimate on my car, once i clicked submit, within 5 minutes David Slate was calling to ask about what kinda vehicle we were looking for etc....this was on Thursday night, we couldn't make it in to see him on Friday, so we set it up to meet on Saturday, little did i know, this was his day off but yet he scheduled and showed up for us.....the vehicle i picked out online was already pulled up to the front door ready for a test drive...David was very informative and very easy to understand the steps we had to take to purchase the vehicle.....everything from the paperwork to the tire shine was perfect, it felt great to actually walk onto a car lot and not be attacked by sharks....i walked away with no doubts or unanswered questions and my brand new ride.... Diane was really great as well, she walked us through a lot of the procedures too, she helped me pack up my belongings to put in the new car, and when we got our keys, she rode with us to the gas station and filled the tank......these days that's definitely worth a lot......
