BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!! This by far was the BEST Experience I have ever had buying a car! I have purchased at least 10 Vehicles. Let me start by saying I live in Northern Mai This by far was the BEST Experience I have ever had buying a car! I have purchased at least 10 Vehicles. Let me start by saying I live in Northern Maine, Yes Maine over 1700 miles away!! I searched dealers within 250 miles of where I live and not even the Dealer down the street was as Helpful as Ray Clark and the Staff at Tim Parker were. The Ram that I bought was everything that I wanted and then some. Now I flew down to Little Rock, I got delayed 9 hours and I didn't land in Little Rock till 7 pm. Ray Clark took his own time and drove My Truck and all Paperwork up to Little Rock Airport and met me there. He knew I was on a time crunch. Within 20 mins of being in Little Rock, all paperwork was done and I was on my way in My New Truck to go and Rescue a Dog. I'm completely amazed at the level of customer service and respect that I was treated with. There is not ONE Dealer within 250 miles of me, that I could see doing what Ray did for me. Every car that I buy from this day forward will be from Tim Parker Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and Ray Clark. I flew out there, and will again. By Far the BEST!!!! More

He didn't pressure us like most car sales people do and the amount he promised us he was true to his word. A recently previous truck buying experience at a different dealership we were told we would be paying a certain amount a month and when we got to the finance office it was a different story. Chuck assured us that would not happen and if it did to come find him. When we went to the finance office Ryan was great and made us feel right at ease assuring us they weren't changing anything and the price that was quoted to us was the set price. Chuck and Ryan were both great in making my kids feel at ease and making them feel like they were involved. This was the smoothest and easiest vehicle buying experience my husband and I have ever had!!! I would highly recommend Chuck to anyone!
