Frustrated We have purchased 3 brand new vehicles from Tim Parker - 2 cars and 1 truck in a less than a year. Every time we bring them in for a service issue th We have purchased 3 brand new vehicles from Tim Parker - 2 cars and 1 truck in a less than a year. Every time we bring them in for a service issue there is always an issue. Parts need to be ordered - the wrong one came in- we don't carry that part - it was damaged in transit - we get no call when the part does arrive and we have to call and check if it is in. We just had body work done on one of the vehicles - It was done incorrectly and now it looks worse. We are so frustrated. I don't see us returning to this dealer for anything any time soon. More
