The purchase I made from Ringa Auto Sales was by far the best car purchasing experience I have ever had! Dealerships, Car Lots, Sales People, all should take note of how this business is run! The owner Jeff was great to work with. He was professional, accommodating, informative, and patient. He was willing to take as much time as I needed to see the car, test drive the car (more than once) and let me have the car checked out, all on my time and my terms. He was willing to do whatever I asked to make buying from him an easy decision, and I'm glad I did! The car I bought is a great car at a great price. Everything he did on my behalf through the state for registration, taxes, and license plates was perfect. There were no mistakes with any of the paperwork. The car I bought is an amazing car and was a fantastic price. I had been looking for a Camry for almost 2 years. I could never find one in great shape, with low miles, that was not over priced. The one I bought was not only a great looking car that is mechanically perfect, but the price was more than fair! It's a shame that there are so few locally owned and operated business like this any more. Hardware stores, grocery stores, gas stations, all used to be this way. The level of service, professionalism, and the great prices offered at Ringa Auto Sales are that of decades past! It's like traveling back in time to when people cared about what they did, how they did it, and were proud of their work, their establishment, and their standing in the community! RUDE AND DISHONEST Very unprofessional salesman. Went to go look at a 94 camaro. Lied to me about parts on the vehicle. Told me there were catalytic converters on the ca Very unprofessional salesman. Went to go look at a 94 camaro. Lied to me about parts on the vehicle. Told me there were catalytic converters on the car when in fact there wasn't. pretty much wanted me to buy a vehicle that was illegal to drive on the road. Said there was wilwood brakes front and back when only the back had them. The vehicle was put on a lift and leaks were found in rear main seal and rear differential pinion seal. This was after he told me there were no oil leaks. I was ready to purchase the vehicle without financing. He did not want to negotiate a offer at all when he said 5 days ago if i had a cash offer he would. It was either pay full price for a car with many problems or get out. When i told him I didn't want the car because i would have to pay for all the repairs he told me to get out and stop wasting his time. There were other customers there so I told them not to do business with him because he is dishonest. He then grabbed me in front of them and pushed me out the door. He told me to take my money and go f### myself in front of the customer. This was one of many insults. This was a good lesson learned for me. Please stay clear of this guy. He will take full advantage of you if he sees someone who really wants a car. More

We then sat down and he told me upfront what the cost was and payments (NO messing around like those big dealerships do) we agreed on a price and I was out the door with my vehicle in less than 1 hour...will recommend Ringa Auto sales to all my friends!
