John took his time and helped me learn about the difference as well as explained everything I needed to know about the different makes/models. John was patient and treated every question that I had very well. To him my questions I thought were silly, we're just questions, and never made me feel bad about asking them! The customer service that you receive is outstanding, and you will never be treated like just another number. They take the time to make sure that everything is to your satisfaction and follow up to make sure that you are satisfied with everything from purchasing a vehicle to having any type of work done. This was my first time dealing with Ben Oberfoell as my salesman. I can't say enough about how well he treated me. He always took the time to answer any questions that I had, and never made me feel that I was bothering him when I would call with a question or concern. When my car came in he took the time to go over every feature of it and made sure that I understood everything about the car. Would highly recommend him.
