This dealership is always on top of what my Subaru Forester might be needing above and beyond the reason (scheduled service) as was requested. They are timely and seem pretty fair in their pricing. I have purchased two cars from Riley Subaru and there is always good service & staff. The issue I took my car in for recently though didn't really get resolved and was told what I am hearing is normal. I'v always good service & staff. I've always been very pleased with my Subaru vehicles but this issue, whining sound from engine compartment, started after a little over a year of ownership. Still under warranty but this is a nagging problem. More
