The man in parts contacted the service manager at home to develop a plan to get me back on road asap. Truck towed to Riley ford where issue diagnosed, repair cost estimated, parts ordered, all before noon on a Saturday. Further, the dealership promised to have me back on the road as soon as parts arrived on Monday afternoon. Not only did Riley Ford complete the repairs on time, they came in under budget! Highly recommend the folks at Riley Ford! More

Kristina took care of all rebate requests online (which can be painful) so that the cash card will simply arrive in my mailbox. Kristina returns your calls promptly and schedules the service in a reasonable timeframe. At my recent visit my SUV was going to need new tires and the brand I wanted needed to be ordered. Their mechanic found my tire has been mismatched and the coolant line leaking that I was unaware about. He saved my SUV! Within an hour of waiting in their comfortable waiting area, I was informed that the repair was going to take extended time d/t parts ordering. They had pulled up a brand-new loaner car for me to take for the week! They had my favorite music playing in the vehicle (how did they know my music choice?) I was told to go anywhere I wanted with instructions just refill the gas and keep my dog out of the new car. I was in a state of shock and enjoyed that week tremendously just b/c they entrusted me with their new vehicle. My SUV returned to me in the time they stated and all the work was well done. I topped the loaner car with gas and gave it a car wash, I cared for that car as if it was mine. I seriously had a hard time to leave it behind when I returned it to Riley Ford, just b/c I had been treated tremendously. I know Riley Ford gets trophies for their service... on this day well they deserve another trophy! Riley Ford knows what they are doing and other businesses could benefit from their expertise, no doubt about it. The one thing missed is they were suppose to put one of the business decals on my SUV but they forgot that. At my next visit I will insist that they put their logo on my vehicle. I made the appointment and when arrived all paperwork was ready , I was loaned a vehicle to go to work and I picked up my Mustang on my lunch hour. I had the pleasure of meeting both Allyson and Jenna whom were both very pleasant, friendly , smiling happy young ladies yet very professional at their jobs. I am extremely satisfied with my experience with Riley Ford and the staff and I thank them. I will continue to use Riley Ford for my Mustang if any service issues arise or if I were ever to consider purchasing a new Ford vehicle. More

Riley Ford Excellence needs no suggestions for improvement, it is a long drive from our community to Chazy for service, but entirely worth the time.
