The man in parts contacted the service manager at home to develop a plan to get me back on road asap. Truck towed to Riley ford where issue diagnosed, repair cost estimated, parts ordered, all before noon on a Saturday. Further, the dealership promised to have me back on the road as soon as parts arrived on Monday afternoon. Not only did Riley Ford complete the repairs on time, they came in under budget!
