I had a service appointment on Jan 29, 2025 for inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. Due to an error on my part I was 35 minutes late for the appointment. On January 27 I showed up for an appointment with service for 10:30.. I was turned away because they either changed my appointment without notifying me or wrote down wrong time.
