Right Toyota - Service Center

Save your time and money by not going to this dealership. I scheduled a service and when I came in I told the service advisor the check engine light came on. it has been intermittent. Service advisor said it was a $134 charge to hook the car up to do a diagnostic. I have been to many dealerships and have never been charged this before. The service advisor said the dealership does not hook up the car to check the problem for free it can take a lot of time to do this. I said forget it I do not want you to service the car. I then went to O'Reilly they hooked up the car to see what the check engine code is showing within 5 minutes I was told what the problem was and the part was less than $40. Save your time and money by NOT going to Right Toyota. I should have known this was not the place for me when I pulled up and a customer was swearing at his service advisor. More

A very mixed relationship with this dealership I have very mixed feelings about this dealership. The service department has been great for me and has always been very timely. The issue I have here I have very mixed feelings about this dealership. The service department has been great for me and has always been very timely. The issue I have here is the parts counter. The two men in the back parts counter are incredibly rude and talked down on me for asking questions about a part for my truck. I was ready to make a $300+ purchase in a couple accessories but instead I will he taking my money to another dealership. The sales staff is good, very easy to work with. Only downfall of this dealership is the parts counter men. They are making the dealership lose easy money. Sad to see for such a nice place. More
