The employees seemed disengaged. They were talking about another customer that called to complain about them because they were rude. I’m pretty sure that assessment was spot on. Made appointment.on Saturday morning at 7:15. Got me right in but it took nearly 2 hours to get quick 10K miles service. I noticed my truck didn’t get driven into the shop until nearly 90 mins.
