The service advisor simply lied. He said reason I don’t get 34mpg on my 16 Camry hybrid any longer is because my ( Yokohama Aviid a stock tire) brand new tires are not fuel efficient He said reason I don’t get 34mpg on my 16 Camry hybrid any longer is because my ( Yokohama Aviid a stock tire) brand new tires are not fuel efficient, the gas that I use (Costco), and that due to the summer temps. He charged me close to $300 and said there is no amount of money I can pay for me to troubleshoot poor mpg further. He said there is not a way for any battery to tell you how much capacity they have remaining. I demonstrated that my iPhone can tell me how much and he was shocked. Unfortunately I do not believe he is qualified to call himself a service advisor mostly because of his bad temper, and they way he talks to customers. I hate Toyota service advisors as well as the service they provide to customers. More
