The service technician that I had was very good. He was polite, kind, and understanding. He got the car in right away, made me aware of anything extra that needed work before work was done and ask He was polite, kind, and understanding. I waited over 3 hours for 15K service with an appointment. This included oil change and tire rotation. Valve stem covers were left loose and hubcaps filthy with fingerprints. Car wash was not appointment. This included oil change and tire rotation. Valve stem covers were left loose and hubcaps filthy with fingerprints. Car wash was not offered. Also needed a kick plate clip replaced while car was being serviced.I had to ask about kick plate clip when service was completed. Was told not in stock and had to be ordered. I had to ask for it to be ordered. I had to ask if I would be notified when dealer gets the clip. Service Advisor seemed overwhelmed and overworked. I have no confidence clip will be ordered or that I will be notified. More
