Service center seems to be on top of things. A bit bummed that they no longer wash your car after service. Also absolutely did not like that Right charged over and above sticker on my purchase A bit bummed that they no longer wash your car after service. Also absolutely did not like that Right charged over and above sticker on my purchase of a new 2023 Venza Ltd. I try to be loyal to Right but that changed everything More
Took my 2003 4Runner in for a brake problem. They also found certain steering fluid lines leaking. After I got the vehicle back, I noticed something wasn't done as I thought it should be. Roge They also found certain steering fluid lines leaking. After I got the vehicle back, I noticed something wasn't done as I thought it should be. Roger, my service writer, got after it immediately. He told me to come back in and they would provide a rental car while they reworked the issue. All was done and I really appreciated the attitude of Roger and his manager in getting it resolved! (they also comped me a future yellow service) Over the years the Right Service Dept's care of our vehicles has been exemplary! Mistakes happen in this life, but the real measure of character is how the mistake is handled . . . bravo! PS: I'll add my vote for bringing back the car wash after service. It was a really nice touch! More
Matt Rich is easy to deal with Feel very confident that he will be honest & trustworthy about any issues that arise with my 2007 Toyota Avalon. I would highly recommend him as one of the best in class. T he will be honest & trustworthy about any issues that arise with my 2007 Toyota Avalon. I’ll know better next time to bring my credit card. Cashier was also efficient. Thank you! More
I can’t see a good reason to front load appointments at the beginning of the day without telling customers how long the wait will be beforehand. The waiting room and free beverages are great, but if a cust the beginning of the day without telling customers how long the wait will be beforehand. The waiting room and free beverages are great, but if a customer will have to wait 4 hours for service to complete they should know that way ahead of time when the appointment is scheduled to make plans. The quality of the work was great, but a preliminary ballpark pricing of the work needing to be done should also be available upon making the appointment so the customer knows how much it will cost, how long it will take, just ballpark. Other than that it was all fine, maybe employees could smile a bit more — seems like everyone is kind of stressed. More
