Sales staff that can't be trusted I went to the dealer to have a small service issue served on my Prius. Instead, I was deflected to trade it in (it had 49,000 miles) for me to buy ano I went to the dealer to have a small service issue served on my Prius. Instead, I was deflected to trade it in (it had 49,000 miles) for me to buy another used one instead. I traded in my car and bought another one (used) from them. I continually asked for the prices on each but was always told about how great the used one was. I was also pressured into a loan in the deal even though I wanted to pay by check. Everyone of my questions to them was ignored and answered by something else. The salesman and sales manager were all smiles and fast talking.I am not savvy at all with car buying. My fault was that I did not walk away and check on car prices of both. The one I bought in the deal was $35,000 while the market prices I found on them was about $17,000. I would not trust this dealership. They are tainting the reputation of Toyota as a brand. More
Two Year Factory Maintenance is a joke. Took the car in for the last free service and maintenance checks. Not even sure they change the oil, but all other service and checks were just penci Took the car in for the last free service and maintenance checks. Not even sure they change the oil, but all other service and checks were just pencil wiped. How do I know? Wiper fluid had a big crusted crystalized ball under the cap. Had a new right front tire installed after a flat five weeks prior to the service which included tire rotation, tread check and air service. Nothing was done, just bogus numbers written in. More
Worthless I had my gf bring my 14 Corolla in for an oil change and check up on my battery as it was dying a lot lately. After the oil change and "battery tests" they said there is nothing wrong with the battery, so on the way home she stopped by autozone where I was informed the battery is bad. Don't trust this place they don't do the work they quote people they do, you are better off taking it to a mechanic. Next day came and spoke with Frank Vitaro who is the service manager, did not seem to give a crap that his people are lying to customers. More
Untrustworthy I took my 2012 Prius in for its first service since my Service contract expired. Included in the oil change price, and written on the receipt, is top I took my 2012 Prius in for its first service since my Service contract expired. Included in the oil change price, and written on the receipt, is topping off fluids, & checking air filters. We also requested tire pressure check (to be set at 37 psi). When the vehicle was picked up it was clear the air filters had not been touched although we were told they need to be replaced (which my husband just did four months ago), and the washer fluid was empty. Then, 15 minutes later, the tire pressures were checked, two were 35 one was 38 & one was 39. So, None of the checklist items were done!!! I am wondering if they even bothered to put in the right type of oil? More

Very short conversation & extreme lack of concern for what was going on. Every time I tried to call and check on my vehicle, I was sent to voice mail or a national car center. When I picked up the vehicle, it felt like I was bothering them; they just wanted me to sign and get out. Very disappointing and frustrating experience. Will NOT return More
Horrible Service Department! I went in for routine maintenance on my 2014 Rav4. When I took it in, I advised the service department of a noise coming from the front left wheel ar I went in for routine maintenance on my 2014 Rav4. When I took it in, I advised the service department of a noise coming from the front left wheel area. Long story short, the tech said this noise was due to a faulty strut and strut mount. I took the car back in three days later and was told I "we will make sure we get you to work on time after you drop the car off." This was most definitely not the case. When i dropped the car off, I was told I could either pay for a rental car or wait over an hour for the shuttle. The service associate was very rude and not understanding at all. I was told this job when take 2 hours... I got a call 5 hours later stating they replaced the strut and strut mount and the car was still making a metal on metal noise and I would be getting a call back within an hour. I again, got a call two hours later stating "we have took the new parts back out, and put them back in. The car is no longer making the noise. We have been driving it around for about 35 minutes." All in all, due to the dealership driving my car around between the two different days they had it, over a half tank of gas was used. Again, the dealership was not understanding about my concern regarding the excessive gas usage. I will NEVER go back to this dealership and I highly suggest the same to anyone. All these people care about is their commission. More
Everything is Right with Right Had my 2008 Tundra worked on today, like I do every 5k miles. Got in around 6:45am and was immediately met with a warm greeting by my service manager. I told Bob that I was a bit pressed for time, having an appointment at 10:30am. He told me to have a seat and would get with me as soon as possible. About 20 min later he told me what needed to be done, the cost, and that I would be out by 9:30am at the latest. I settled in and did some light reading to pass the time. Bob came back to me with the keys in hand by 8:45am, and was able to discount the service by an additional 10% from what he originally quoted me. Bob is my go to guy at Right, but I have never had an issue with any of the other service managers or the quality of the work done by the Service Department. Thanks Bob for taking care of my truck. More
Routine Service Service manager is always accommodating and was able to fit me in for an oil change right away. I was very close to my $30,000 mile service and he as Service manager is always accommodating and was able to fit me in for an oil change right away. I was very close to my $30,000 mile service and he asked if I had 60 to 90 minutes and that if I did he could save me another trip and take care of the full service. I couldn't have been happier! More
