Emergency Battery Replacement under Warranty with No Hassles I contacted Matt Bocchi at 645 am and left a message to return my call when he got into the office because I had a bad battery in my fairly new truck. I contacted Matt Bocchi at 645 am and left a message to return my call when he got into the office because I had a bad battery in my fairly new truck. He returned my call at 735 am which impressed me a lot. We agreed that I would bring the truck in after my work day was complete and somehow we would get it fixed. Matt also suggested that I use Toyota Care roadside assistance to jump my truck (Great service, by the way). I had my truck jumped at 3pm and drove directly to Right Toyota. Matt met me, we filled out some minimal paperwork and he returned my truck in 35 minutes with a replacement battery. I appreciate the quick call back, flexibility in scheduling, and speed of service. Excellent Service and Professional, Friendly Employees I arrived at Right Toyota at 06:40 for my final Toyota Care service on my 2014 RAV4. Even though The dealership isn't open until 07:00 I was still gr I arrived at Right Toyota at 06:40 for my final Toyota Care service on my 2014 RAV4. Even though The dealership isn't open until 07:00 I was still greeted and an Advisor started the paperwork for my service. By 07:20 my car was ready. Oil changed, tires rotated, and a thorough inspection. The inspection showed the alignment was off slightly. I asked if I had to make another appointment and my advisor told me if I wanted to wait the vehicle would be aligned in a half hour. As promised it was ready at 07:50 and had also been washed off. I've noticed over the past couple years that all the employees at Right Toyota try very hard to make sure the customer is pleased with their help and service. More
