Run Like xxxx I have always had a great experience with their service department until recently. A little over a year ago I bought a Tundra from a different dealer I have always had a great experience with their service department until recently. A little over a year ago I bought a Tundra from a different dealer and discovered a humming. I took it to Right toyota to have it fixed, It took them 4 tries to find the problem and fix it, this took over a year and them telling me that it was other problems or I was hearing things. Turned out to be a read wheel bearing. While there to get this problem fixed , they discovered that my rack and pinon was leaking and was covered under warranty. To this point I have been very patient with having to deal with the humming and them trying to repair it. I credit them for getting the rack fixed under warranty. This is where the problems began... My steering wheel was always straight before they replaced the rack, now it is tilted to the right. I returned several times, 3 to be exact, to have them straighten it out. The last time the service adviser told me after driving it there was nothing wrong. I drive this truck over 20k miles a year so I am sure I am a little better tuned to the truck than he is... Kinda like I told them there was a humming and it took the over a year to find the problem and fix it. Now I have a crooked steering wheel and I keep getting told there is nothing wrong its just the road. I have been going to them for many years and bought a few cars from them.. Not sure I will ever be back. UPDATE: 2/17/17: Just got off the phone with Frank from service and Lina from customer relations. Needless to say NEVER again will I do business with them.. My steering wheel has never bees straight since they installed the rack and pinon. I called and left frank a message to call me about a month ago to have some more work done and he Never called me back, Then I called and left the same message for one of the service advisers and received a call back. I took it to another shop to have the shocks I need put in. I warned them that the steering wheel has never been straight since the work Right Toyota did. Again they couldn't get the wheel straight. This leads me to believe that Right Toyota install the rack and pinon incorrectly. I called Toyota America and they contacted Right Toyota, Needless to say that Frank told me that they could never make me happy and that they do not want my business. More

5000 mile service The staff was efficient, and I appreciated the coffee and cake while I waited. ( since it was my lunch hour ) The only suggestion is that the waiting room furniture is built for bigger/taller people. At 5'1" my feet could not touch the floor if I sat back in the deep chairs, and after a while this is very uncomfortable to sit with the legs and feet dangling. Perhaps you could add some different chairs, particularly for us petite ladies under 5'5" More
