Sequoia Repair I have a 2001 Sequoia with 265,000 miles. I bought it at Right Toyota new. It has been an amazing vehicle. Even though we have purchased about 1 I have a 2001 Sequoia with 265,000 miles. I bought it at Right Toyota new. It has been an amazing vehicle. Even though we have purchased about 10 new Toyotas from Right since then, I still drive it daily. We currently have 4 Forerunners that we've purchased in the last 16 months (See pic). I usually have the oil changed at the car wash, but thought I'd take it to your service department last week for an oil change and wheel alignment. I was told the wheels couldn't be aligned without replacing the control arms for $1500. Since that is about how much my vehicle is worth I declined the service and picked up my SUV. The next day my engine started making the worst squealing and clattering sound I've ever heard. I brought it back in the following morning. It was very embarrassing driving it the 5 miles to your dealership. Especially when many of the employing started laughing and making fun of the noise when they pulled it into the back. I was told it was a coincidence that it happened a day after bringing it in for service and that it needed a new fan motor bracket and other items totaling over $2000. Again I didn't want to spend that on a vehicle that was not even worth that much so I had it towed to my non dealer mechanic. They replaced the bracket assembly and were even able to align the front end without replacing the control arms. The total bill was $693 and its now running great. Needless to say I'm very disappointed with my recent experience at Right Toyota. More

2015 Prius Service I was in town from Los Angeles and my 20K mile service was due. I called the same day and dealt with John in the service department.
