I realize that some of this is my fault for not looking at the details more specifically but Right Toyota totally screwed us. I have a corporate discount and was to receive a car at least 6k less than the at the details more specifically but Right Toyota totally screwed us. I have a corporate discount and was to receive a car at least 6k less than the listing price. The listing price was 34k. The manager never told us what our trade in value was nor did they tell us exactly the monthly payments, they also didnt tell us what the car price was actually for. It wasn't until after we signed everything and they came back a few days later saying the terms were changed because of our debt to income ratio and we had to come back in and sign new documents. We began to question everything. Come to find out they didnt even offer us the corporate discount that i went there for in the first place. they charged us 35k for the car, and then i was upside down in my car by 8k. We told them that we would bring the car back and want our two cars back. after being yanked around a few times, we finally got a hold of the finance director who said that he would call us back in 10 minutes as he did not know why the original contract did not go through. 3 hours later still no call, we called and called and called. come to find out they pushed the original contract that we signed thru and told us that our cars are no longer on the lot. The finance manager was rude to my wife and told her that she has no experience with car buying and doesn't know what she is talking about. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I shopped all over the Phoenix metro area for a new 2012 Toyota Camry, because I relly love the new design. I was very surprised to find Right Toyota rated here so badly, because I thought the way they tre Toyota Camry, because I relly love the new design. I have done a ton of research on the 2012 Toyota Camry, because I have waited over a year for the new model to come out. Right Toyota beat every other dealers price by nearly $500.00. I own my own business so I am extremely busy and did not have a large amount of time to spend at a dealership. Due to my time constraint, I asked to speak to a sales manager immediately when I called. The receptionst hooked me right up to someone who could actually make the decison to sell me a car, and had control of the price. (THIS IS RARE!) We agreed to a price over the phone, I had my own funds. I arrived at the dealer, saw the finance man who printed my paperwork and I was out of there in a little over an hour. I have no complaints, they were excellent. More
I brought my truck in for warranty work and had them qoute a couple other issues. They charged me $150 to check out my seat. It was in there already!But then failed to fix my alarm as requested. Went to the dealership on EASTER as the promotion mailed all over the area was for 3 days only; April 6,7,8??!! I was going to call first, but since 'the match your number and win' all sorts of prize all over the area was for 3 days only; April 6,7,8??!! I was going to call first, but since 'the match your number and win' all sorts of prizes was valid for the 3 days and today was the last, I drove the 10 miles only to discover that they were CLOSED? Did no one realize that the 8th was Easter and all the Dealerships were closed??? Guess I do not need to consider purchasing from them as this just adds to all the negative feedback from very unhappy customers! Oh, I did call Friday and asked if I could give them my 6 digit number over the phone to determine if I was a winner of at least a $5 Target Credit. I was told of course that I must come in although nothing on the material indicates that it's a requirement. Think he could have mentioned no to come in on Sunday?? NOPE! More
Old school customer is an idiot mentality. Hose you in service, condescending try to lure you into repairs that are not required and over priced.. Customers are seen as prey. Pretty bad culture. This dealership acts in a disreputable manner. They use sleazy tactics and do their best to take advantage of people. Total Rip-off! Bring your car in for a little service problem and they upsell you on everything. Brought our Sequoia in for a noise while breaking. Cost $1,100 of upsell service. This is not the first time we have been subjected to their "Up Sell" tactics - EVERY TIME WE BRING OUR CAR IN! Fortunatley I will never use them again. More
This dealorship s duplicitous. They overcharge for the vehicle, then they quote you one price and change the price in the contract. If you choose to go the this dealorship make sure you read the contract vehicle, then they quote you one price and change the price in the contract.
