I leased a new Toyota Prius from Right Toyota and had an awesome sales experience. Ron Odish is the man!! His knowledge of the Prius and of Toyota customer care was unbelievable! He made me and my husband feel comfortable and allowed us to take our time deciding. The finance staff were super nice too and got us an amazing deal. A few days later I had some questions about the features on my vehicle and Ron Odish and Eddie Himes walked me through the vehicle bumper to bumper and made sure I had a grip on everything. The experience with the sales team was top notch, and when it's time to renew our lease or fund a second vehicle Ron and Eddie at Right Toyota are our guys! More

I do not write very many reviews but my experience with the sales manager , Nick Sharma, was so bad I felt compelled to share it on this website. I attempted to share my experience with the General Manager Mr. Ivanhoe by sending multiple emails asking for a simple phone call to describe my unpleasant experience in his dealership. Mr. Ivanhoe did not respond to my last 2 emails and I am still waiting for a promised phone call that likely will never come. Mr. Sharma was very adversarial to the point of almost being hostile. He repeatedly accused my wife and I of not being serious about purchasing a car. I repeatedly stated that we drove nearly 200 miles to their location in addition to bringing $3000 cash torwards the purchase. Strangely, Mr. Sharma continually expressed that my wife and I were "not doing it right". He insisted that we tell him how much we want to spend on a specific car and how much we want for our trade in. We very simply wanted Mr. Sharma to tell us the lowest amount for their car and the highest amount they would give us for our trade in. This all seems very simple to me and I believe a business that buys and sells cars and more specifically a sales manger that executes these transactions could kindly share these basic numbers. Mr. Sharma got very upset that we wanted him to give us his best numbers. He repeatedly stated that "you are not doing it right, you are not doing it right". After his final tantrum I said that I did not realize that we needed to do this 'his' way. The real loser in this situation was the poor sales guy. He was doing everything he could to keep the sale while his 'manager' completely destroyed it for him. If Mr. Ivanhoe ever decides that feedback from customers means enough to call me, I will gladly share my experience in greater detail over the phone. I would never have written this review if he had simply called me as he had promised in an email. More
My wife and I went into the dealership for the purpose of trying to determine what type of truck we like. We had already test driven a Dodge and a Ford. We had no intention of buying and we explained this to Eddie; our plan was to take our 2003 Envoy to Arkansas for our kids and buy a truck out there. He was still very gracious in showing us the various models, especially a new 2011 Tundra that was still on the lot. He spent a lot of time with us, knowing that our intention was not to buy a truck from Right Toyota. All the same, he gave us a variety of pricing options and continued to work with another excellent member of the staff named Fabio. In the end, they worked out a deal to get us a great price on the truck and take care of transporting our vehicle to Arkansas for us....it was a definite win-win for me. They even evaluated the options of us buying the truck and using the Toyota lease program. I have never leased a vehicle before, but the way it was explained to us, made it the most attractive option. Thank you for having a people like Eddie and Fabio on your staff, but you should be especially commended for having Eddie Himes as a member of your team. He was a great help to us and in my view is a great asset to your organization. I hope we can do business again with him and Right Toyota in the future. More

I have always had very friendly service from this dealership! I would recommend this particular dealership to anyone! They do not overcharge, everyone is friendly and they get the problem fixed! The last car I purchased was from Right Toyota, and Johnson was the sales rep. I left Right Toyota and Toyota after buying Toyota for 20 years because of him, and went to Discover Hyundai to buy a Sonata last year (Johnson was not yet at Discover), had a great experience, but I can't deal with Earnhardt Hyundai in the future as long as he works there. If he approaches you on the sales floor, run away ... either find another sales rep, or another dealer... be afraid, very afraid -- he lies, lies, lies. Somehow I doubt this review will ever make the web page. More

He provided me with excellent information about the car and accompanied me on a test drive. His attitude was very enthusiastic and positive about the car without being high pressure. He was very patient with my many questions and provided excellent options in terms of financing. He was a lot of fun to work with and I truly appreciated his help and patience as I was feeling quite vulnerable as the result of a recent car accident. My overall experience made me want to return to this dealership should I choose to purchase a Toyota vehicle again. More
