I purchased a car in April of 2012 withAJ. It was by far the best experience we had!!! We came back on Sunday 3/17/2013 to look at vehicles, and get some info on leasing. I currently was driving a 2003 Toyota Sequoia with109,000 miles on it. It ran like a dream, and have never had any problems with it. We really walked in to get info, but walked out in a 2013 Highlander!!!! Jamie, AJ, Adam and Fabio were ALL amazing people and really made our decision so much easier. This is my second time purchasing a car from Right Toyota in Scottsdale. I love the respect and "vip" treatment they gave me for being a return customer but then again they treated me like that the first tim in Scottsdale. I was given a few different payment options that worked best for my budget. I definitely didn't have any pressure of purchasing a vehicle and they even recommended the car with the best lease option payment wise vs. the car that was higher priced to give them a better sale or commission. Adam was patient and willing to run around the entire car lot to find the exact car I wanted and also the car that my boyfriend wanted to purchase for himself. The paper work went smooth and quick and Jamie the finance manager even threw in a few extra things to make my experience even better! I'll definitely will be going back for a third time! More
This was the worst time I have spent at a dealership! Matt and the sales manager gave me misleading information! I would not trust them! Liars! Matt also told me that they offered a 8 year 100,000 mile warranty on the car I was buying as well. They only have a 36,000 mile warranty.have More

Needed a new car for my wife and from the initial visit through the finance process it was in our opinion the best new or used dealer experience we have ever encountered; both of us are in our 60's so this through the finance process it was in our opinion the best new or used dealer experience we have ever encountered; both of us are in our 60's so this was not our first RODEO. Jim in sales and Jamie in finance were both friendly and knowledgable and never at any point did we feel any pressure to purchase something that we didn't want. We also didn't feel any pressure that we needed to buy right then or the deal would go away. For us there was no haggeling or having to wait in an empty office while they tried to get us a better deal with management. We believe we received a fair trade-in on our old car and was pleased with the price on the new Toyota. At the end of the day if you can walk out of the dealership feeling good about the whole experience, that, in my opinion is a good day. Thank you Right Toyota.... More
Working with sales consultant Aziz Fakhouri recently, we were able to trade-in our Scion Xb for a 2012 Prius and we could not be more happy with the entire experience. We originally leased the Scion from Right Toyota two years ago and had a great experience that time so we hoped for the same this time around. I spoke with Aziz on the phone prior to coming in and then we met him at the door when we arrived. Aziz showed wonderful customer service throughout and I would recommend his services to anyone looking to purchase or lease a vehicle from Right Toyota. Aziz made us feel like we were his only customer and that goes a long way in the purchase of a vehicle. We even had to bring the vehicle back the next week for a minor tint repair and Aziz went above and beyond in the process. More
Visited 3 dealers in person, and spoke to 3 more by phone or by email. Mike was by far the best guy we talked to. He gave us a fair price right up front, over the phone. Several of the other dealers offered us the same car for much more money - one dealer - Bell Toyota gave us their best price $6000 MORE than what Mike sold us our car for! Several other dealers scrambled to match the price we got at Right Toyota, but ultimately, we decided to buy from Mike because he was honest and fair with us right from the start. At the dealership, the deal was exactly as we discussed on the phone. No extra hidden charges for paint sealant or floor mats or any of the other ways some of the other dealers jack up their price. Mike and all the staff were very polite and pleasant. We had done all our negotiation by phone, but once we arrived at Right Toyota to pay for our car, and turn in our trade-in, it only took us 90 mins to drive away with our new car - the fastest and most pleasant car-buying experience we've even had. My wife and I are 52 years old and have bought about 12 cars over the course of life. I will sleep well tonight knowing I got a real good deal and was treated well at Right Toyota More
Frenchy impressed me because when we arrived and said we saw a 2010 Highlander online he said he wanted to show us two other cars; one an '06 and one an '07. We bought one of them. Best car buying experience I've had in 40 years. Jim gave us a price on a Prius, stood by that price and there were no suprises.
