Self Centered Dealer........Not Interested in You I purchased a 2012 fully loaded 4-Runner 2 years ago. When the Right wanted to buy it back, I said OK. Treated me well 2 years ago. Thought I would g I purchased a 2012 fully loaded 4-Runner 2 years ago. When the Right wanted to buy it back, I said OK. Treated me well 2 years ago. Thought I would get a older, cheaper, loaded equivalent, larger truck which I would then, should have lower principal to pay back. However, my assigned salesman refused to show me (used) Tundras, which I wanted. Told me the models I wanted were sold (Lie). Refused to let me talk to GM. Talked me into a much higher loan for a new 2014 Tundra (basic) model that they were having a hard time selling. I thought I was getting a good deal as before in 2012. When I went to finance, they never discussed the paperwork for the new truck loan. Told me I had good credit. Good Income. Finance wanted me to sign as fast as possible in order to get me quickly out of the building. Focused ONLY on my monthly payment which was a little lower. Finally, when I read the fine print, the loan was much much higher, with high interest rate. This is not how to treat a good customer !! Would have been better to walk away from the sale but the dealer was interested in THEIR bottom line, not my satisfaction. I hate driving my NEW 2014 vehicle now....each time reminds me of this bad experience. More

Had we not been in a situation where we had to have a car that day, we would not have purchased there. We will definitely never return and we'll let others know to stay away. And sadly, this was their way of taking care of an active duty marine! More

The assistance and the response I have received from the sales staff was completely unacceptable. They did not return calls nor did they respond to any of my requests, even when I elevated the problem to the general manager. This is the second car I have purchased from Right and with my three Toyota I have owned I have gotten 100% of my service work with them. I have been very pleased with there response. But with there inability for them to respond or follow through I do not believe I will continue to come back to them. More

He was able to answer every question I threw at him, and introduced me to a lot of features that many other dealers I had dealt with at different places didn't go into detail about. The car buying process can be dreadful, but I had a lot of fun! If I need any other vehicles in the future I will be looking to work with him first, and sending all of my friends over as well! More

We are avid Toyota fans but our experience this time around almost lead us to buy a Ford or Honda. From the quick email responses, straight forward negotiation process, and transparent experience with finance we couldn't have wanted for anything better. If you want a great price and service go with these guys. More
