Horrible Service Department! I went in for routine maintenance on my 2014 Rav4. When I took it in, I advised the service department of a noise coming from the front left wheel ar I went in for routine maintenance on my 2014 Rav4. When I took it in, I advised the service department of a noise coming from the front left wheel area. Long story short, the tech said this noise was due to a faulty strut and strut mount. I took the car back in three days later and was told I "we will make sure we get you to work on time after you drop the car off." This was most definitely not the case. When i dropped the car off, I was told I could either pay for a rental car or wait over an hour for the shuttle. The service associate was very rude and not understanding at all. I was told this job when take 2 hours... I got a call 5 hours later stating they replaced the strut and strut mount and the car was still making a metal on metal noise and I would be getting a call back within an hour. I again, got a call two hours later stating "we have took the new parts back out, and put them back in. The car is no longer making the noise. We have been driving it around for about 35 minutes." All in all, due to the dealership driving my car around between the two different days they had it, over a half tank of gas was used. Again, the dealership was not understanding about my concern regarding the excessive gas usage. I will NEVER go back to this dealership and I highly suggest the same to anyone. All these people care about is their commission. More

To say we were blown away by the staff there would be the understatement of our marriage. We had been sharing a car for almost 6 years (gulp), and finally took the plunge in getting a 2nd. I had done hours of research online, spoke with family members and friends, and finally felt as ready as I could be to "take on a salesman". On a recommendation from a friend, we decided to try Right Toyota first. Our friend recommended a specific salesman, and even provided us with his cell #, which prompted my wife to contact him the night before we visited the lot. If you are looking for a new ride, and haven't heard of Jason Carter, allow me to enlighten. Jason redefines salesmanship. Period. No pushy sales tactics, incredibly personable, and incredibly talented at reading his customers. There was never one moment (even when the asking price was above our budget) where I thought that our priorities weren't Jason's top priorities. He's simply that good. He put us in a car that I would have NEVER thought we could afford, at payments I would have never thought possible. And he did it in such a comfortable and non-pushy way....I can never thank him enough. We then sat down with the finance department, where we met another great guy, Adam Rosepink. As a server in a restaurant, I would equate Adam's role at Right Toyota to the kitchen's role in a restaurant: he's the unsung hero. Again, not at all pushy very personable and friendly, and had us out to our car in a matter of minutes. We heard nonstop horror stories about sitdowns with the dreaded finance department, which is a shame, because those people had clearly not sat down with Adam. After Adam signed us out, it was a short walk out to our fresh-out-of-the-detail-shop, topped-to-the-brim-with-gas Toyota Camry. Jason snapped a few pics for us, and away we went. And let me tell you, I feel good. I feel really, really good. Do yourself a favor, and if you're looking for a new car, make Right Toyota your first stop. And ask for Jason Carter. More
Prius purchase was a breeze with Jared our salesman We wanted no white, red or blue car. Jared quickly found us a perfect Winter Gray Prius. We did not take a test drive because we liked how Jared talked about the car and he gained our trust. Jared went to Jaime his manager who came over to meet us and the deal was done. Our previous car was signed over as well. We spent only 1 1/2 hrs which was not a waste of time at all. We actually enjoyed the process and how often can that be said at a dealership. Of course the paperwork took some time but they were serving brats and chicken on the barbecue out front so we ate and signed papers. We left happy to say the least. Everything is Right with Right Had my 2008 Tundra worked on today, like I do every 5k miles. Got in around 6:45am and was immediately met with a warm greeting by my service manager. I told Bob that I was a bit pressed for time, having an appointment at 10:30am. He told me to have a seat and would get with me as soon as possible. About 20 min later he told me what needed to be done, the cost, and that I would be out by 9:30am at the latest. I settled in and did some light reading to pass the time. Bob came back to me with the keys in hand by 8:45am, and was able to discount the service by an additional 10% from what he originally quoted me. Bob is my go to guy at Right, but I have never had an issue with any of the other service managers or the quality of the work done by the Service Department. Thanks Bob for taking care of my truck. DON'T TRUST RIGHT TOYOTA I have always purchased my vehicles. I purchased a 4runner from Right Toyota, they contacted me about a year later letting me know that I had equity I have always purchased my vehicles. I purchased a 4runner from Right Toyota, they contacted me about a year later letting me know that I had equity on my car and I could trade it in for lower monthly payments and lower interest rate. I came in and they made me a deal that no one could refuse. They convinced me to lease my car for two years with 1.9% interest with a monthly payment of 415.00, on top of that I would receive free maintenance for 5 years and I also had the option to buy at that interest rate. So come to find out they had me sign a lease for 5 years and maintenance was only covered for 2 years/25000 miles. I also explained to them the reason I didn't want to do a lease was because I didn't want my mileage to be restricted. They told me I had unlimited mileage and it would not be a problem, again not what it says in my lease agreement with them. So basically everything they told me verbally was a lie. And now they will not help me because I had none of what they said to me in writing. They totally screwed me. Don't trust them! More

They had the registration and insurance for my trade in, and I was writing the check when the sales guy came back and said that the internet department sold my truck to someone else. Unbelievable. Needless to say I will not deal with Right Toyota in the future. More

We were out and out lied to by a fast talking sales person named Fabio about scratches that would be removed from the used Rav4 and then he gave us some B.S. story about the Camry my wife was buying being a limited edition. They never listened to what WE wanted, only to fast talking Fabio. We were then ignored by the other sales person when we requested meeting with the GM. Since then, I have had three conversations with their computer person on line that just keeps asking the same questions and never comes up with any real help. I would recommend that you RUN out the door if FABIO approaches you. More

I was very close to my $30,000 mile service and he as Service manager is always accommodating and was able to fit me in for an oil change right away. I was very close to my $30,000 mile service and he asked if I had 60 to 90 minutes and that if I did he could save me another trip and take care of the full service. I couldn't have been happier!
