I had a 36-month lease on a 2022 Toyota Tacoma through Toyota Financial Services ($751/month). At lease end (late August 2025) I attempted to exercise my contractual buyout. Right Toyota repeatedly misrep Toyota Financial Services ($751/month). At lease end (late August 2025) I attempted to exercise my contractual buyout. Right Toyota repeatedly misrepresented the cost and obstructed the process. Inflated quotes: I was told $80,000, then $60,000, while Toyota Financial had my official buyout in writing for approximately $33,000 including tax. Manager conduct: “Big boss” Nick Sharma insulted me when I questioned the math, told me to “be more like my husband,” and refused to provide his contact info, stating he didn’t want bad reviews. Test drive behavior: Paul forced a freeway test during rush hour, yelled when I nearly missed a turn, and made unrelated inappropriate commentary about politics and conspiracy theories. Finance coercion: Greg put me in a 75-month loan (later deemed invalid). When I asked for my $8,000 down payment back he said if I took it I would “have good luck getting a buyout” because he would refuse to work with me. Blocking early buyout: Prior to maturity phone reps told me “you can, but we won’t” if I asked about early buyout and then hung up. Obstructing my credit union: My Desert Financial loan officer (5 years of experience) said she’d never seen a dealer be this obstructive; they fed her piecemeal requirements that delayed the transaction. I bypassed the dealership, obtained the official Toyota Financial paperwork, and completed the $33,000 buyout through my credit union the same day. I recovered my $8,000 down payment. Then he told me they had mailed it over the phone when I called to check on it. Then when I called back to check on it again since I hadn’t received it he said they lost it and would check to see with his parts department what they could do and he would call me back. When he didn’t call me back I texted, he then informed me that they wouldn’t be paying for full replacement. I called management and spoke to a Matt, not sure which one as they have multiple, to see if anything could be done and they said they would speak with Jacob and call me back. Unsurprisingly - they never called me back. I called again today, and got thrown around to every team member you can think of, while still staying polite. Tyler from sales transferred me to the service department who literally hung up on me while I was in the middle of explaining my situation and then I called back and got a girl who had only been there two months who apologized for everyone else who then transferred me back to the receptionist who also is a nice lady. She then transferred me to their customer relations manager who again. Did not answer. It’s wonderful to spend a pretty penny on a basically brand new vehicle just to be ignored right after. There’s a reason this dealership sells the most cars, they DGAF about you after so they have the time. HAPPY TO CHANGE MY REVIEW to reflect better service if you want to rectify this ridiculous situation considering a new key costs you close to nothing. It’s simple - don’t promise a key you don’t have, if they had told me from the start I could’ve gotten a different vehicle. Oh also. If you go in here expect to be very poorly good cop - bad copped by Jacob Mautner or any other of the lower level associates and manager Andrew Caccia. I literally saw them do the exact same skit with the person next to me right before they did it to me, lower associate offers you a terrible deal, then the lower associate plays nice guy and says let me see what my manager can do better than this, then they come back with a better but still xxxxty deal, and as they’re telling that still xxxxty better number to you Mr actor himself Andrew just happens to walk by and basically yells a lower number than he told the associate to say “oh you won’t do that?! Good luck!! You can leave because you won’t find a better deal anywhere else, that’s crazy you won’t do that!” Funny I wonder how often this puts people off considering I saw two people walk out on them after it. You want a good deal from them? The only way you’re getting it is if you come in with numbers from somewhere else they have to do better than. More

I couldn’t test that for myself because of a special “Toyota” alarm on the car. This did not get removed until after I signed the paperwork. I was rushing to get home did not really test anything. On Sunday I used the car for work. I drove around and realized things are not good. The memory seats were not working, the options I asked for; one of those was not working. I called my sales person. Again, he confirmed it should all work. We made plans to meet at the dealership the next morning at 8AM. When I got there, I was told that Summit, Matthew and Skyler are not in. I asked to speak to someone who can help me with this deal. You see I got a few things with my deal; that was not right either. Jason Murdosh started helping me. At one point when we were talking about things he called me a liar right to my face. Yelled at me, disrespected me and was very rude. I left the keys and car at dealership and walked away. I called Toyota Finance and told them not to fund the deal. I also called Toyota and made a case. I will be filling a complaint too with the Attorney General. At around 2:30 PM yesterday I get a call from Skyler. I explained what was wrong. Skyler again confirmed that all the things that were wrong should be working. I told him how rude Jason was. Skyler asked to look into things and he will get back to me. When Skyler got back to me about an hour later, he lied about not telling me that this one option I specifically asked for should work the way I wanted it to. Jason is yelling “THAT xxxxx IS LYING” (I think there was a “F” word in there too) in the background. I can’t believe that guy is a Customer Relations Manager. I was misled to purchase this vehicle not just by options but by the deal itself. I keep hearing how Right Toyota lost so much money on this deal. So, take your car back and resell it; make a profit. Anyone knows a good attorney that can file a defamation lawsuit? Please send them my way. Don't believe all these 5-star reviews. I was told part of my deal was to give a 5 star review to Skyler. That he really needs it. More
