After seeing all of the new bells and whistles on the cars, and a quick test drive, we knew the 2014 model was just what we needed. With his help and the help of Kristopher Criswell we were able to keep our payments in a comfortable range. Although we weren't really in the market to get a newer one at this time, it turned out to be the RIGHT TIME. We are so happy with our new car. This is our third new car from RIGHT HONDA of Scottsdale. Because of their excellent customer service, and friendliness, we will always go there for service for our cars and purchases from them. The next day we met with Zachary and was pleasantly surprised at how genuinely kind he was. Even though he was the low man on the totem pole and we had to deal with the manager rolling in behind him for the high pressure sales, Zachary made it worth the headache of purchasing from a dealer. Without a doubt he is the first person we would go to for a price on a car. Right Honda better hold on to him!!! More

Shysters, Scammers, Unethical, Theives, - Buyer Beware The dealership staff used bait and switch tactics to sell vehicles. The sales people come to you at the dealership and lie. They use high pressure s The dealership staff used bait and switch tactics to sell vehicles. The sales people come to you at the dealership and lie. They use high pressure sales tactics and push a car deal. I was told by sales person that my trade in car would be worth about $5,000. The sales person told me a number of lies about the car sales deal I was being pitched. I get into the finance office and the verbal agreement doesn't look like anything like what I was told on the sales floor. I was baited into a car deal and when I get into finance they switched figures and numbers around. It was later discovered that the trade in value on my vehicle was swapped out in the contract to reflect $1,500 instead of $5,000. As a result, Right Honda was able to steal $3,500 from me because they succeeded to trick me using deceptive sales practices and I signed the contract. I returned to the dealership and attempted to seek a resolution with the sales person at the dealership. However, I was told that I should have read my contract more carefully before I signed it. They said that nothing could be done for me. The situation seemed misleading, crooked, tricky and dishonest as the matter was left unresolved. Later, I was contacted by a staff member from the dealership to inquire about my sales experience. I explained about my dissatisfaction with my sales experience. I was referred to Scott Redden. Scott invalidated and deflected all of my concerns. Scott failed to resolve the issue to a level of reasonable satisfaction. I took my compliant to Honda and no resolution was provided. The bad car deal experience with Right Honda remains unresolved. I wouldn't recommend that you buy a car with Right Honda because you will probably be scammed by the team of sales and finance staff. Don't expect the sales staff or management team to make it right because they probably will not. You will be stuck in a bad car deal and you will feel like thieves just scammed you. You will learn the hard way if you enter a car deal with Right Honda and discover you became one of their victims. More
