Great sales person! The whole sales experience was good. Our awesome sales person (Kareem McClensky) gave us a great deal. He was quick to respond when asked for a quote The whole sales experience was good. Our awesome sales person (Kareem McClensky) gave us a great deal. He was quick to respond when asked for a quote and was very patient. However, when we get to the signing of paperwork at the finance dept., the finance manager revealed to us some hidden charges that were not mentioned at all. When we asked for explanation, he was furious and was very rude to us and to the sales person by telling us that "there is no deal!". We felt very humiliated as we walked out of his office. We decided since it was getting late and we also need to get dinner for the family that we will not push through with the purchase when the sales person (very patient) again was able to remedy and we were able to have a compromised deal. As customers we suggest to management that the finance manager would at least show some decency and respect to Honda customers and Honda sales people as well. He needs to experience how hard it is to make a sale from a sales person point of view to just dismiss customers with his rudeness. It is so easy for him to be rude because he was not the one who is looking for customers. More
