However, we were going to take a long road trip and were dreading the buying experience we anticipated with a dealer. Gary Kravetz changed our opinion totally. He made it the best car buying experience we ever had. We met with Gary and were in and out with no hassle or pressure within two hours. We did need to come back the next day to pick up our vehicle because the color I wanted had to be transferred from another dealer. That took only an hour and that included Gary going through the whole vehicle teaching us how to use many of the new features that were new to us. Perfect! We highly recommend Gary and have told many people of our experience. When we returned from our trip, our first service was free and they did a great job while we waited. Didn't take long to check everything and change the oil. More

However, Right Honda takes the time to explain and even show you the parts or reason why they are recommending the service. Feel free to compare the repair cost with other local shops. You will find that Right Honda is at or below the other shop prices and you know Honda parts are being used. More

I had a very unpleasant experience with Right Honda when leasing my third vehicle and as a result couldn't wait to break ties. I vowed never to lease another vehicle with them, however, Gary Kravetz turned the situation around and restored my confidence in Right Honda. Usually, I feel intimidated and nervous around car sales men but Gary was extremely professional and upfront. His service was authentic and it made me feel very comfortable. I'can't say that I've had such an experience anywhere, except sometimes when traveling. The entire process took a little over an hour. Thank you Gary for making me feel valued. It's a pity we didn't cross paths sooner. You are an asset to your company and I hope that they acknowledge that!!! More

Worst experience of my life august 24th 2014.Horrible. One I will never forget that's for sure. Went in just curious to see what i could get for my 2004 trade-in,no intentions of august 24th 2014.Horrible. One I will never forget that's for sure. Went in just curious to see what i could get for my 2004 trade-in,no intentions of driving off the lot with anything other than my car. looked at a few cars. was told on a used 2013 accord my payments would be over $500! OUTRAGEOUS! so then we moved on to new vehicles. drove a civic it was fine, payments were still very high on a lease even! then went on to another accord 2013 drove it,came back to dealership wrote down the #'s salesman came back with a payment amount of $597! are you kidding me? that is insane. I should of walked out by this time after being there 5 hours and nothing Honda had to offer was anything i could afford. Then the sales manager mike came into the situation and told Jacob to put me in a accord coupe LX a $30 thousand dollar car with both salesmen knowing well aware what i can and cannot afford! I told them get my payments to under 500 they did $487 was the agreed upon payment. i signed the papers and left. 48 hours later i called the dealership saying i need to unwind this deal i need my old car back i need to get out of this whole thing. they said there is nothing we can do! big BS lie! I talked to BRAD another sales manager who told me the deal had already went through and it was finalized and they get paid immediately. LIES AGAIN! so i came back the following Thursday sat down with Jacob & mike again. They then got me into a civic a 20 thousand dollar car. ran #'s again came back with payment of $434! only 80 dollars less than the accord i left with 5 days before! How do you go from a 30K car to a 20K car and only lower my payments 80 bucks!!! at this point im needing to get out of HONDA for good! i signed the papers once again and drove off the lot. (since i was told i cant have my old car back!) Another thing im still irate about is the trade in value changed from the accord to the civic? WHY ITS STILL THE SAME CAR? it went from 2500 to about 1700. that following Saturday my relative contacted Darrel Deak and demanded to lower my payments. we went back and fourth with #'s got my payments down from 434-336. what i don't understand is why could Honda give me a payment of 336 to begin with? oh wait because HONDA does not care about their customers!! After 48 hrs of owning the first vehicle i wanted out and The men of Right Honda didn't seem to care. They didn't want to help me in any aspect. Now i am stuck with a car i don't even want anymore. I've had my new car about a week now and i am still wanting to get rid of it and get out from underneath Honda all together! I WILL be doing a lease buyout very soon! I will never do business with Honda ever again. I felt taken advantage of, the proper procedures of a lease were not properly disclosed to me, i did not get xxxx for my trade in, i would of gotten a lot more for it on craigslist. I am not a happy customer, i left with a bad taste in my mouth and i will not recommend anyone to this dealership! More
