This NEVER happened. In fact, Right Honda was very open to handling the entire upfront negotiation by email before I even got to the dealership. They were the ONLY dealer to actually quote prices to me before I got there. What an incredible pleasure to not be "sold" to come in and test drive, blah, blah, blah. The sales process, paperwork, etc. took less than 2 hours, was amazingly friendly and laid back. I got a very, very fair price on my Accord Sport, and I even got a decent price on my trade-in with 110K miles on it. I'm still amazed! More

Most of the small details were covered over the phone this way when I got there they already knew what they were dealing with. Jacob was my second contact person I met him in person along with Davon when I arrived at the dealership. Jacob was polite and professional he was willing to get me into a vehicle that I could afford. When we finally came to a happy medium I was satisfied with my car and the payments I could afford. Then Jacob introduced me to Jose he is a fantastic guy, very funny and personable with great customer service skills. He had me and my daughter laughing while still remaining professional as I signed all my paper work. I would definitely come back in the future and refer friends here as well. More

My first experience at Right Honda, 2009, just weeks after the death of my husband, was truly terrible - an unfortunate experience I will never forget.
