They were very informative about the differences in feature packages between the models, which we discussed at great length, but made no effort to sway me towards a more expensive car than I was interested in purchasing. There was no pressure at all in the selling process and I was very satisfied with the final price we agreed on. Mitch and James patiently explained the features on the car during the delivery process and made sure I understood how to use them before I drove away in my new car. More

My expierience I was not satisfied. I had brought my car in for the paint chips to be fixed as promised when I purchased the car. Apparently the sales manager to I was not satisfied. It was obvious there was nothing further that would be done. It was explained to me that the expense already incurred was more than what was intended. This may be so, but I don't work in your line so I would have no idea. The unfortunate is that I have wanted to own a Honda for many years and this is my first Honda. The positive is I have learned to be more wary. Next time I will take pictures of the areas promised and have that signed. Trusting is no longer an option. More

I knew what I wanted, and there was no pressure to change my mind. The car I wanted was coming from another dealership, and the deal didn't go through due to issues with the other dealership, not Right Honda. They called me and explained the situation with sincere apologies and they would make it right. They did make it right, and I actually came out ahead. They kept their promise and I will always remember the extra mile they took to get my car. This is our 3rd vehicle with Right Honda and we will be back, in fact we will not entertain going anywhere else. More

Right Honda has delivered supportive customer service and quality maintenance work on it since I brought it in for about two years. I like their friendly staff, communication, and terrific customer care from the moment I drive in for my car intake, the waiting in the roomy and comfortable customer seating area, the explanation of work done/current condition/future recommendation, right up to the payment to the cashier. This operation has instilled my confidence in dealerships providing auto service. Please keep up the good honest work. More
NEVER EXPERIENCED SERVICE LIKE THIS AFTER OWNING 5 HONDAS WENT FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND TO CHECK A TIRE THAT I THOUGHT WAS LOOSING AIR. I WAS TOLD THE TIRE HAD A NAIL IN IT AND WAS NOT REPAIRABLE. I WENT TO FIRE WENT FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND TO CHECK A TIRE THAT I THOUGHT WAS LOOSING AIR. I WAS TOLD THE TIRE HAD A NAIL IN IT AND WAS NOT REPAIRABLE. I WENT TO FIRESTONE TO GET A NEW TIRE. THEY TOLD ME THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE TIRE. GOT ME THINKING ABOUT THE OIL CHANGE SINCE I HAD TO GO BACK FOR THE STICKER AND OIl GAUGE UPDATE THAT WAS NEVER DONE. CHECKED OIL, REALLY DIRTY. CHECKED FILTER, OLD. WENT BACK. THEY CHANGED THE OIL , GAVE ME MY MONEY BACK BUT NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED THEIR TECH DID NOT DO HIS JOB. HOW MANY OTHER CUSTOMERST BELIEVED THEIR OIL WAS CHANGED? WILL NOT RETURN. I HAVE TWO COUPONS FOR A FREE OIL CHANGE. SERIOUSLY! GAVE MY DAUGHTER OUR OLDER ACCORD. SHE WILL NOT BE BACK EITHER. JUST MOVED HERE FROM PA. USED BOBBY RAHAL HONDA FOR TWENTY YEARS.
