Honoring a price We attempted to buy two new 2015 CRV company cars and were quoted a price by email as a response from a price request. When we told them we had two prices that were lower we asked them if they would match the lowest price. We then shared the two lowest bids we had received by email from another two Honda dealers. Their email reply was For Sure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. When we emailed to secure the cars we were told somebody named Gary in the sales department responded to the email and they would not honor our request to match the lower price. Somehow it spears the sales team staff can open and read emails and reply without any accountability. More
