Hello Lesley, I am truly sorry for your experience regarding the 2016 Pilot. We are as frustrated as you. Honda does not allow the Dealerships to order vehicles, we have a allocation that we put in every 2 months and we hope that Honda gives us what we request. The 2016 Pilot is in very short supply and we can only do the best that we can to try to find one that another Dealership has assigned to them throughout the 50 states but we cannot force them to give it to us. I can guarantee to you that all available means were done to try to get you the Pilot that you wanted for that is how the Dealership profits in business by selling vehicles. Like I said it is very frustrating to us as a Dealership to not be able to sell an amazing vehicle.
